My Resource Request
I have just recently been diagnosed with ADHD at the age of 57. I would like to work with a life coach to help me with social skills, self-esteem and office politics, but I cannot afford out-of-pocket costs.
Help me receive life coaching support to develop my social skills, gain a sense of agency, and learn how to market myself and navigate the workplace.
I feel like I’ve lost most of my life to misunderstanding, annoyance, bullying, and low wages. Managers and coworkers do not understand my learning style or processing delay. I want a chance to succeed more. Perhaps coaching will help me greatly. I am hoping this will help me grow and advance socially and career wise, rather than staying stagnant. If I can improve my social skills, I’ll have more and better friendships, as well as promotions in the workplace and better harmony. The goal is to be more assertive, socially and financially secure.
